Water Temperature: 91–93°C
Best brewed with 150–180 ml of water.
For a stronger cup, brew with 150 ml of water.
- Tear along the perforated line at the top of the filter.
- Gently pull the hangers away from the filter and hook them over your mug.
- Bloom for 30 seconds with 30 ml of water, then pour slowly in circles to fill the filter in 3–4 stages.
- Remove and recycle the filter and bag. Savor the moment.
