Water Temperature: 91–93°C

Best brewed with 150–180 ml of water.

For a stronger cup, brew with 150 ml of water.

  1. Tear along the perforated line at the top of the filter.
  2. Gently pull the hangers away from the filter and hook them over your mug.
  3. Bloom for 30 seconds with 30 ml of water, then pour slowly in circles to fill the filter in 3–4 stages.
  4. Remove and recycle the filter and bag. Savor the moment.
