How to Brew Your Coffee
Espresso
- Grind: Fine (powdered sugar)
- Coffee weight: 9–10 g (one shot)
- Water: 18–22 ml
- Temperature: 92–96 °C
- Brew time: 25–30 s
Moka
- Grind: Medium (white sugar granules)
- Coffee weight: 10 g (1 cup)
- Water: 70 ml
- Temperature: 92–96 °C
- Brew time: 2–4 min
Iced Coffee
- Coffee base : Espresso (double shot)
- Grind: Fine (powdered sugar)
- Coffee weight: 18–20 g (double shot)
- Water: 60 ml + ice
- Temperature: 92–96 °C
- Brew time: 25–30 s
- Let the coffee cool slightly (or to room temperature) before adding ice to avoid excessive dilution.
Latte
- Coffee base: use any preferred coffee extraction
- Milk can be added according to your desired beverage: Latte, Flat White
Cappuccino
- Milk temperature: 60–65 °C
- Coffee:milk ratio: 1:1 to 1:3
